We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you phone us, you reach me or somebody I would trust at my own house. We're family-owned, so when something is off, we take responsibility and sort it out that same day.
I track every booking on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is what we mean. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
